Senior Pastor- Rev. Keith Nash

     Pastor Keith Nash is our full time Sr. pastor. He is a native of Abilene, Kansas, pastored in Iowa for 12 years before moving to Mitchell. He’s been Sr. Pastor here for the past 24 years. During that time the church has purchased a new parsonage, completed a $1.5 million church expansion that is totally debt-free since its completion in 2001 and is currently leading a building campaign for another expansion.

     Pastor Keith is married to his high school sweetheart, Saundra, and they have three grown sons; Aaron—an ordained minister working in law enforcement here in Mitchell; Nathan—on staff at Living Hope Wesleyan Church in Madison, SD, serving in the areas of youth, discipleship & missions;  and Adam—a recent  graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, who is preparing for a year of missions work in Cambodia.

Pastor Keith does most of the preaching at Mitchell Wesleyan, and provides leadership for the church. His passion is God’s Word, God’s grace, and God’s people. His wife, Saundra, touches countless lives with her caring and gentle support ministry.

Pastor of Spiritual Development

Pastor Dan Todd 

Pastor Dan Todd currently serves as the Pastor of Spiritual Development at Mitchell Wesleyan Church. He is from Ashland, Nebraska. Dan graduated from Asbury Seminary in 2002 with a Masters in Christian Education. He has been in full time church ministry for 16 years. 

Dan is married to Becky, who is also an Asbury seminary graduate. She is from upstate New York. They have two young children, Lily and Josiah.

Dan enjoys pro basketball and Husker football. He is passionate about helping people connect with God in deeper ways.

Youth Pastor

Will Kallhoff

Will and Melisa are both graduates of Oklahoma Welseyan University. They are the proud parents of a son, Liam. who was welcomed home Oct. 29th, 2008 by their 'family' of 2 large dogs.

Will and Melisa enjoy movies, music, and being with people. You can find them at coffeeshops or out and about enjoying a beautiful day. They have been married 4 years and are originially from Sioux Falls.

Worship Arts Pastor - Chris Logan 

 Chris grew up in Upstate New York near Rochester.  He attended the University of Rochester, then relocated to Australia with his wife Liz in 2006 to help plant a church.  A year later they moved to Kentucky to attend Asbury Seminary and had their daughter Aurora.

Chris received an MA in 2008 in Intercultural Studies, an anthropology degree with a focus in missions, but learned almost as much from trying to be a parent (he's still trying). In 2009, the family moved to South Dakota where Chris serves as the Worship Pastor at Mitchell Wesleyan Church.

Chris plays enough instruments that he has stopped counting, but he loves French horn, saxophone, guitar, and singing above the rest. He also enjoys scuba diving, writing, and photography, and can be found ocassionally aboard a kayak if he can muscle it onto his minivan. He reads a lot, drinks iced Chai lattes, and knows a bit about computers.

Children's Ministry Director-

Deb Buche

Deb grew up at Mitchell Wesleyan Church under Pastor Wilson and Pastor Wessel.  She attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College, and married Greg Buche in this church in 1975. Greg and Deb moved to Sheridan Wyoming to help pioneer the planting of then brand new Sheridan Wesleyan Church. Their two oldest daughters were born there before they moved to Wagner South Dakota and eventually O'Neil, Nebraska.

 

Deb and Greg have six children: Tiffany, Lindsey, Geoffrey, Timothy, Courtney and Zachary. WOW!!!

 

Deb wore many hats, serving as a preschool teacher, swim team coach, president of the Christian Women’s Club, as well as leading many bible studies, Sunday school classes and even starting their church’s junior church program.

 

Deb is thrilled to back in Mitchell where she is rekindling old friendships and pursuing new ones. She very excited about the new role she is involved in here at Mitchell Wesleyan Church.
